Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the pool area, and the room was spacious and clean. However, be cautious with breakfast hours. we almost got locked in! Overall, a decent experience, just a few areas needing attention. Check pool rules before diving in.

i recently stayed here for my honeymoon and was pleasantly surprised. the room was spacious and the pool area was a refreshing spot to unwind after exploring tucson. overall, it truly exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit to other hotels in the area.

I really appreciated how close we were to Reid Park Zoo, just a short stroll away, and the Pima Air and Space Museum was only about 5.5 km away, which made for easy sightseeing during my weekend city walk.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit the hiking trails nearby and enjoyed some fantastic mountain biking together. The pool area was a great spot to relax after our adventures. The staff was really helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free.

However, we did notice some concerns in our room. A lingering smell was hard to ignore, which somewhat affected our comfort.

Just a top selection for a quick stopover in Tucson that was great for the money. The pool area had a nice vibe, but unfortunately, it wasn't heated as advertised. If you need coffee in the morning, keep asking daily, or you might miss out.

Limited options due to the gem show led to inflated prices at this establishment. Checking in was uncomfortable, as a tax service salesman interrupted without any response from staff. While the view from my balcony overlooking the pool was nice, noise from guests went unaddressed by nearby staff late at night. The bathroom needed significant maintenance, with damaged grout and a sinking sink. Breakfast bars offered some positive start to the day, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

Decent room size with a comfortable bed, ideal for a solid night's rest. The hot shower felt like a little luxury after a long day, and the free WiFi held up its end of the bargain without any hiccups.

Adding to that, the breakfast selection felt limited and underwhelming, making it just another charmless motel spread. The ice machine's location required a trek across the hotel, making it a chore when the need arose, and the single machine struggled to keep up during peak hours.

I thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming and spacious lobby, complete with comfortable seating and an attractive fireplace. It was a perfect space to relax and unwind after a long day of travel, making my stay feel special.

A smoother check-in process would be appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious with modern decor. The staff was friendly and efficient. The pool area was clean and refreshing. There is ample parking available. 🏊‍♂️
